Timeline
1. Once your order is received, it will be reviewed by the artist, Theresa. If additional details or photos are needed, Theresa will reach out to you by email.
2. A sketch will then be prepared for your approval. Changes can be made at this point.
3. Your custom pet portrait will then enter production and be hand painted by Theresa.
4. Once completed, your custom pet portrait will be shipped to you via Canada Post.
Total turnaround time averages 2-4 weeks plus shipping time. If it is a time sensitive gift, let us know in the order notes and Theresa will reach out to you to verify production timelines.
